After you added it and saved it with the option of using Form PDF Typer Reader or Fox, there is no more need for creating the field, because it's automatically added. How to add the field (Form PDF Typer Reader) Click on “File” Open your PDF file and then “PDF Tools” –> “Add New Field” and then choose Form Field or Form Field with a text field, and click next.
